microphone and speakers not showing up as installed anymore

when i first turn on my lenovo laptop, my microphone and speakers are not showing up as installed. I have tried finding the devices under the Device Manager tab, which I accessed through WIN + X, but they are not showing up there. How do I get my microphone and speakers back installed?

Have you tried a hard reset?
Turn off the laptop.
Unplug the charger.
Remove all USB devices.
If the battery is removable → remove the battery.
Press and hold the Power button for 30–60 seconds.
Reinsert the battery (if removed).
Plug in the charger.
Turn the laptop on.

press windows + R type devmgmt.msc then open device manager find their sound,video and game controllers. expand the menu you will find what is driver installer in your system. like realtek audio or any other audio driver as per your motherboard configuration. so check their any issue persists or not.
