Based on the information available, Microsoft Project Standard 2024 (ESD), part number EP2-07057, is not sold as separate 32-bit and 64-bit products. The part number identifies the product edition and license type, rather than the software architecture.  

When installing Project Standard 2024, you can select the 32-bit or 64-bit version that best matches your environment. Microsoft's installation guidance indicates that the bit version can be chosen during installation.  

Additionally, if Microsoft 365 Apps or another Office product is already installed on the device, Project typically needs to match the existing Office architecture (for example, 32-bit Project with 32-bit Office, or 64-bit Project with 64-bit Office).
