Results of practice assessment keeps loading

I filled out the practice exam for Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate via Microsoft Learn 3 times yesterday and once today but the results keep on loading.

I never get an overview of all the questions and recommendations to do better. I also don't see these attempts on the overview of previous attempts which is very inconvenient.
