i have a 365 personal account and family account - how do i combine them to one account?

    Hello

    Subscriptions cannot be combined. You would need to decide which one to keep and then cancel the other one.

    To cancel, Please go to https://account.live.com

    Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Services. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

    You also cannot sign up for an additional family plan on top of a personal plan in the same account, basically they cannot be stacked.
