Hello Microsoft Team,

I participated in Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 and successfully completed the eligible learning path. I have already received my Credly badge, but I have not received my certification voucher by email.

I have:

Checked Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Promotions.
Verified that I am using the correct Microsoft account.
Waited until the announced distribution date.

Could you please check my voucher status or let me know what I should do next?

I’m facing the same issue. I completed the eligible Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 learning path and have already received my Credly badge, but I still haven’t received my certification voucher.
