AI Skills Fest Voucher Not Received After Completing "Use AI-Assisted Coding with GitHub Copilot" Playlist

Hello Microsoft Support,

I participated in the Microsoft AI Skills Fest and successfully completed the playlist "Use AI-Assisted Coding with GitHub Copilot" on June 8, 2026.

After completing the playlist, I submitted the required voucher claim within the specified deadline.

According to the event information, voucher emails from Pearson were expected to be sent between June 19, 2026 and July 10, 2026. However, as of today (July 11, 2026), I have not received any email regarding my voucher.

I have already checked my Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders, but there is no email from Pearson or Microsoft regarding the voucher.

Could you please check the status of my voucher and let me know if there is any issue with my claim or if any additional information is required from my side?
