Missing AI Skills Fest 2026 Certification Voucher (Completed Playlist on time, July 10 deadline passed)

Hello Microsoft Support,

I participated in the AI Skills Fest (June 8-12, 2026) and successfully completed 100% of the Security Pro - Strengthen security foundations playlist.

I also submitted the official voucher claim form within the AI Skills Navigator portal before the original deadline of June 14, 2026.

According to the event FAQ, Pearson was scheduled to distribute the certification vouchers via email between June 19 and July 10, 2026. However, the July 10th deadline has now passed, and I still have not received my voucher code.

I registered using my corporate email address (******@cognizant.com), so I suspect the automated email from Pearson may have been blocked by my company's strict enterprise security firewall.

Could a moderator please open a Private Message with me? I would be happy to securely share my Microsoft Learn Profile ID and screenshots proving my playlist completion and form submission so that my eligibility can be verified manually.
