Returns the index that is offset codePointOffset code points from index.

Parameters

index: Int32

the index to calculate the offset from.

codePointOffset: Int32

the number of code points to count.

Returns

Int32

The index offset by the specified number of Unicode code points.

Attributes: RegisterAttribute

Exceptions

IndexOutOfBoundsException

if index is negative or greater than Length() or if there aren't enough code points before or after index to match codePointOffset.
