Remarks
Represents the value of a file's time stamp attribute. For example, it may represent the time that the file was last BasicFileAttributes#lastModifiedTime() modified, BasicFileAttributes#lastAccessTime() accessed, or BasicFileAttributes#creationTime() created.
Instances of this class are immutable.
