Buy Dynamics 365 Field Service licenses

Purchase a Dynamics 365 Field Service subscription and assign it to users.

Prerequisites

• You have a Microsoft 365 administrator account. If you can't access the admin center, contact your Dynamics 365 administrator.
• Confirm your region is supported in Datacenter regions.
• Decide which license to buy: Available Field Service license types.

Available Field Service license types

Two types of licenses are available for Field Service:

• The standard Dynamics 365 Field Service license that includes all core features and capabilities.
• The Dynamics 365 Field Service Contractor license that includes a subset of the core features and capabilities for third-party technicians.

Buy a Field Service license

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with your organization's admin account.

2. Under Billing, select Licenses. Search for Dynamics 365 Field Service.

3. Purchase the number of licenses needed for your users.

Add users and assign licenses
