This article answers frequently asked questions about installation of Dynamics 365 Sales.
Why can't I install the Sales Professional app in my environment?
You can't install the app if your environment is one of the following types:
- Has Dataverse only
- Is a default environment
- Dynamics 365 apps are disabled
- Doesn't have a database

Why can't I access the Sales Professional app after installation?
To access the Sales Professional app, make sure that the app is installed properly. For more information, see Install the Sales Professional app.
Also, make sure that you're added to the target environment and the Sales Professional app access security role is assigned to you.
