No link to meeting when I send an invite

What are my next steps?.

I understand how frustrating it can be when your meeting invitations are sent out without a join link. I can certainly help you resolve this issue.

This problem usually occurs because the "Teams Meeting" feature isn't toggled on in your Outlook settings, or the Teams add-in needs a quick reset.
If possible, please take a screenshot of the invitation if you are unable to create a meeting link, or a screenshot of your meeting setup (please hide any personal information).
In the meantime, please try the following solutions based on how you schedule your meetings:

Solution 1: If scheduling via Outlook on the Web (Browser)

1. Go to your Outlook Calendar.
2. Click New event.
3. Look for the Teams meeting toggle switch next to the location field and ensure it is turned ON (green).

Note: If you want every meeting to be a Teams meeting by default, go to Settings (gear icon) > Calendar > Events and invitations, and check the box for "Add online meetings to all meetings."

Solution 2: If scheduling via Outlook Desktop App

1. Open Outlook and go to your Calendar.
2. Click New Teams Meeting from the top ribbon instead of "New Meeting".
3. If you do not see this option, the Teams Add-in might be disabled. Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
4. At the bottom, select COM Add-ins from the Manage dropdown and click Go.
5. Ensure the check box for Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office is selected, then click OK.
