If you cannot cancel the trial through the Microsoft account services page, it is likely that there is an account conflict. Could you please ensure you are checking the correct account from which the trial was started?
Another point to check if if you bought a Microsoft 365 Business subscription - if you did, it should be cancelled on https://admin.cloud.microsoft page.
