Stop billing my account

I am being billed for a subscription I did not authorize. I have been trying to get this stopped for MONTHS! Please stop. I do not use this I don't even know what it is. I am a 70yr old disabled woman. Please stop I can't afford any payments.

Brief halt to subscription service
