my web cam for video calling purposes is not working

but while connecting on video call shows camera not available

    Hello

    So if I understand correctly, when you test in Camera app it works fine, but this only happens in Teams app during video call?

    In your Teams, go to Settings > Devices, can you tell me, does the video come up on this page in the preview section? If it doesn't, make sure the camera selection is correct.

    Let me know what you find out from the Teams settings page first, and we will go from there.
