Subscribed and confirmation email was recieved yet i cant edit documents

I recently been subscribed to microsoft 365 that allows me to use the office tools and everything was working fine. I was out of office came back to work and recieved a notification with subscribtion needs to be renewed did it and recieved an email after payment that i was only subscribed to word only not the rest of the office tools. Surprisingly even word i cant edit documents on...i need your urgent support.

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your laptop, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognised correctly.

    If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    If not, go to the Payments and Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.
