Setting up future meetings with participants using Teams calendar or Outlook integration
Dear @Martin Tranberg,
Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!
Based on your description, I understand that as an MSP managing multiple tenants, you're encountering an issue where users are unable to create Microsoft Teams meeting links across all platforms (Teams web, desktop, mobile, and Outlook integration). This problem affects all users within those tenants, including failures when accessing meeting options, scheduling meetings, or using the “Meet Now” feature. You’ve already performed several troubleshooting steps, such as license resets, configuration checks, and comparisons with working tenants but haven’t identified the root cause.
Regarding this matter, I’ve also noticed similar reports from other users experiencing the same behavior, which suggests this may not be isolated but could require deeper investigation from Microsoft Support.
Just to confirm, I understand you’ve already been in contact with Microsoft Support. Could you clarify whether a formal support ticket (service request) has been created and is actively being tracked?
If not, I would strongly recommend doing so, as this type of cross-tenant and all-user impact will require backend investigation from Microsoft.
If no ticket has been created yet: Please have your Microsoft 365 Global Admin submit a service request via the Admin Center and include:
- Affected tenants
- Scope (all users, all platforms)
- Screenshots/errors you’ve captured
- Troubleshooting steps already performed
- For more details, you could refer to this article: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business
A Microsoft Technical Support Engineer will be able to:
- Perform a remote session to analyze the issue directly
- Validate backend configurations and services tied to Teams meeting creation
- Run synchronization or diagnostic tools not available externally
- Escalate the case to a specialized engineering team if needed
In the meantime, I did notice that another user has reported experiencing the same issue and shared a temporary workaround that seems to help in certain cases. While this won’t address the root cause, it could be useful to keep operations moving while Microsoft continues investigating.
Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing how things are going!
Thank you for your time and patience.
