Microsoft 365 with a product key

I have bought a personal Microsoft 365 with a product key, however, upon installation and after the personal credit card information is accepted, the next step asks to solve a puzzle in order to determine if I am human.

It returns with a correct answer for the puzzle.

I can't proceed any further.

I have reset the computer 5 times, I have entered my credit card details 5 times, it always stops at the same point.

    Could you please check whether you experience the same problem in a different web browser or on another device?

    Alternatively, you can open an InPrivate/Incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N in most web browsers), go to https://setup.office.com/redeem/enter-key, and redeem your product key there.

    After that, add your payment details and check if you can successfully add the key to your Microsoft account.

    Once the product key has been redeemed successfully, you should see your subscription listed under your Microsoft account on the Services & Subscriptions page, where you can install the Office apps.

    To activate Office, use the same Microsoft account that is associated with your Office apps.
