Is there a way to view the attendees at my Teams meeting two weeks ago?

    Good day Mike

Thank you for sharing your concern.

Just to gently clarify before we go any further, this is a user‑to‑user support forum. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, do not have access to internal systems or the ability to directly take action on Microsoft product features. However, I truly hope I can help review your situation, offer some guidance, and support you in finding the right next steps as best as possible.

In general, it is still possible to access the attendance report after a meeting has ended. However, this depends on your role in the meeting and how it was scheduled.

    Please try the options below:

Option 1: Check the attendance report in meeting chat

If you were the meeting organizer or co-organizer, please follow these steps:

Open Microsoft Teams > Select Chat > Locate and open the chat for the past meeting > Look for the Attendance tab.

Select Download to export the report as a CSV file.

This report typically includes participant names and their join and leave times.

Option 2: Access the meeting from the calendar

If you cannot find it in chat, you can try the Calendar:

Open Microsoft Teams > Select Calendar > Navigate to the date when the meeting took place.

    Open the specific meeting.

Note: If the meeting was recurring, make sure to open the exact occurrence from two weeks ago, as each occurrence has its own attendance report.

After opening, check the meeting chat for the Attendance tab or details.

Option 3: If the attendance report is not visible

    Please review the following points:

    1/ Confirm your role:

Only the organizer or co-organizer can access the attendance report. If you were a participant, you will need to request it from the organizer.

2/ Check how the meeting was scheduled:

Co-organizers can only access reports for meetings created in Teams.

3/ Check with your IT admin:

Attendance reports can be disabled by your organization's policy. Your organization's IT administrator may need to verify settings in the Teams Admin Center. In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Your organization's IT admin can refer to this article to adjust the Manage attendance report policies: Manage the attendance and engagement report for meetings and events in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft …

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
