    Hi Bling Lighting,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

I understand how concerning it is to see your account suspended with only the message stating that the suspension cannot be lifted due to an "egregious violation."

If Microsoft Advertising has blocked your account with the message that it “cannot lift the suspension due to egregious violation,” that indicates the account is suspended for policy/compliance reasons and will require a manual review. Understanding Egregious Violation Suspensions

    What you can do:

    1. Review potential policy violations
    • Check the possible violations guidance referenced in the Microsoft Advertising Policies. Introduction to Microsoft Advertising Network Policies
      1. Submit an appeal / contact Microsoft Advertising Support for review
        • You should submit an appeal through the account or contact Support for a technical review.

To help us further review your account status, please reply to the private message I sent. Once we receive your response, we’ll be able to continue the review and provide additional assistance.

Our support teams are pleased to engage in more in-depth discussions about your account through phone, chat, or email to offer review assistance, please see our support page to reach out!

    Kind regards,
