You've done everything reasonable. Further DISM/SFC/driver cycles are a waste of your time on what is almost certainly a hardware fault.
It strongly suggests either an intermittent hardware fault (motherboard, power management circuitry, memory, SSD, etc.) or a firmware issue that Microsoft's standard diagnostics did not reproduce. Event ID 41 itself only tells Windows that power was lost unexpectedly—it does not identify the root cause.

When you contact Microsoft support again, be explicit: this is your second contact for the same unresolved fault on a device purchased new in December 2025. You want a replacement unit, not another service depot cycle.
