One of my meeting participants was kicked out and when tried to rejoin got a message "Our services aren't available right now." the rest went as usual. Can I assure this won't happen again/often.

    Hello @DeAnn Fraser,

I understand that one of your participants is experiencing the error message “Our services aren't available right now” while in a Teams meeting. This issue can occur due to several reasons, such as:

    • Network connection issues
    • Third-party applications (e.g., VPN, firewall, or antivirus) running in the background that may conflict with the Teams application
    • Running too many browser tabs or applications, which may overload system resources (RAM/CPU)
    • Teams not being updated to the latest version or cache-related issues

Therefore, you may recommend the user to perform the following steps:

1 - Switch network and minimize background processes

    • Try connecting to a different and stable network
    • Turn off or temporarily disable VPN and unnecessary background applications to ensure Teams runs smoothly

2 - Close all non-essential applications and browser tabs to reduce system load

3 - Clear Teams cache by following this guide: Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn. Additionally, please ensure Teams is updated to the latest version

4 - Use alternative access method:

    • Join the meeting using an InPrivate or Incognito browser window to avoid cache or extension interference

5 - Update Windows: Ensure the operating system is updated to the latest version

If the issue persists after performing the steps above, please let me know. Please feel free to reach out if further clarification is required.
