    Hi,

    If the product key has already been redeemed, the license is normally associated with the account that was used during the redemption process and cannot be moved to a different account through a self-service option.

    If this is a Microsoft 365 Business subscription and you have administrator access to the tenant, you can open a support request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. The following article contains the steps:
