I added an email signature, however when I use the new outlook the formatting on the signature is wrong. I wanted to go back to fix the signature however it won't let me even add a new one its like the field is frozen when I go to do it.

    Hi @Thalia Shea

Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions to help understand it better.

    • I saw that you posted your question under the Business category so to better support you, would you mind letting me know is this account a personal Microsoft account (e.g., account.microsoft.com) or a work/school account (e.g., myaccount.microsoft.com) provided by an organization?
    • I also noticed you posted this under the Outlook on the web tag does the same frozen signature field also happen when you use the Outlook desktop app, or is it only on the web version?
    •  Is this happening only on your account, or are colleagues within your organization running into the same preview error?
    • Does the signature box appear greyed out/disabled, or is it visible but won't save when you type? Could you provide a screenshot of it if possible?
    • Did you originally create this signature in classic Outlook, and it carried over, or build it fresh in new Outlook?
    • Have you tried it in a different browser or InPrivate window (if on the web) does it behave the same?

Hope to hear back from you soon.
