Microsoft*Store [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]

I did not make this purchase and request an immediate refund.. I have already reported my card stolen with my bank and I would like to cancel all of my Microsoft subscriptions as your services do not appear secure.

    Hello Peter Bosler

I can see that you have a purse you did not make and requesting for a refund

For a charge you do not recognize, refer to this site for instruction on what to do:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft

For cancel and refund, please refer to this site for instruction on how to do it:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription

If the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another third-party retailer, cancellation and refund requests must be handled through that seller instead.

If the charge cannot be identified or refunded through the account pages, please contact Microsoft for further assistance:
