My business email is attached to GoDaddy which I was paying to have Microsoft through. I have switched to a Mac and added Parallels but that application will not allow me to use the GoDaddy subscription so I had to purchase another subscription that allowed me to have an activation code.

When I ordered the digital download from the store it was attached to my personal account not my business account and I need to switch it to my business account (email).

I had to delete Parallels and reinstall it and now I. cannot get either Microsoft account attached to Parallels so I can use Microsoft.

    Hi Techfarr

Thank you for sharing the details of your Microsoft 365 subscription and activation issue.

Before we go any further, I’d like to gently clarify that this is a user to user support forum. I’m not part of the Microsoft billing team, so I don’t have the ability to directly cancel subscriptions or intervene on billing matters. That said, I truly hope I can help review your situation, offer some guidance, and support you in finding the right next steps as best as possible.

Since your original business email and Microsoft 365 subscription are managed through GoDaddy, they are the primary support provider for that service. I recommend reaching out to GoDaddy Support directly, as they can review your subscription, billing details, account association, and activation concerns specific to their platform.

If GoDaddy is unable to fully resolve the issue, they can create a support request with Microsoft’s billing team on your behalf for further investigation.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any other questions or need additional guidance, feel free to ask. I’m here to help.
