Where is the Office home 2024 that I paid for? it downloads Microsoft 365 and wants me to pay a subscription fee. I already purchased Office home 2024!!

    Can you tell me if this is happening on Windows 11 or MacOS?

    Did you purchase Office 2024 directly from Microsoft, or from third party, like Apple App Store, if this were MacOS for example?
