windows security stuck on loading screen

its been a few years and i still can solve this problem my windows defender app is stock on loading screen and i cant fix it please help me to solve this User's image

Do you have a third-party antivirus installed? (e.g., Kaspersky, McAfee, Avast, etc.) If yes, which one?

Also. What is the current "OS Build" of your Windows 11?

Press "Windows + R", type winver, and click OK.

no i dont have third-party antivirus and my OS Build is 26200.8737(25H2)

Thanks for the clarifications.

Do the procedure below and see if you can open Windows Security:

Press "Windows + X" and select "Terminal (Admin)";

Type or paste the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

Restart (not shutdown) your PC.

If it persists, I suggest you do the procedure below:

Press "Windows + X" and select "Terminal (Admin)";

Type or paste the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Note: Several red warnings may appear when running this command. Ignore them. It's normal.

Wait for the procedure to finish, and restart (not shutdown) the PC.

If the problem persists, please let me know, and I will provide another method.

In this case, please do the following:

Press "Windows + R", type regedit and press Enter;

Navigate to the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender

Select the "Windows Defender" key in the left panel, and take a screenshot of the right panel.

The registry looks clean, meaning there are no policies or blockages turning off Windows Security there.

In this case, I suspect the system files are corrupted. Therefore, I suggest you perform an In-place Upgrade. This procedure reinstalls Windows, which helps to fix problems and corruption.

It's a simple procedure, and you have the option to keep files, settings, and apps. Therefore, all your data is kept.

Download the ISO file to perform the procedure:

Access the link below;

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

Under Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices, click Select download and select Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO for x64 devices);
Click Download;
Choose the language and click on Confirm;
Then, click 64-bit Download.
Wait for the download to finish and proceed to the procedure below.

After downloading the ISO, do the following:

Double-click the ISO to run;

(After running the ISO, you may need to double-click the Setup file to start the procedure.)

On the Install Windows 11 screen, uncheck I want to help make the installation of Windows better and select Change how Windows Setup downloads updates;
On the next screen, select Not right now and click Next;
Accept the terms of use;
On the Ready to install screen, select Choose what to keep and select what you want to keep.

(It is in this step that you must check Keep personal files and apps so that all your data is kept.)

Click on Install and wait for the procedure to finish. Your computer may restart several times.

After the procedure is complete, check if Windows Security opens correctly.
