    Hi Pius,

Good day, and thank you for sharing the details of your concern.

To help me better understand the situation, kindly provide a few additional details:

    • Did you receive any specific error message (for example, “Sign in to join this meeting” or “Sign in with a different account”)? If possible, a screenshot of what you see would be very helpful.

While waiting for your update, you may try the following checks:

    1/ Verify the correct account

Sign out by clicking your profile icon at the top-right corner of Teams > Sign out.

Sign in again using a private browser window with the same account that got the meeting invite. Then open the meeting link and choose “Join on the web” if prompted.

2/ Try joining from another browser (Edge/Chrome)

3/ Check network or VPN connectivity

In some environments, VPN usage or restricted corporate networks may block or limit access to Microsoft Teams services, especially for government cloud endpoints.

If you are connected to a VPN, you may wish to try disconnecting and joining again or switching to a different network to see if the issue persists.

4/ Contact the organizer if access is restricted (if you are joining externally)

As this meeting is hosted on the government Teams environment (gov.teams.microsoft.us), access is often limited to users within the same tenant or explicitly permitted external participants.

If you are joining from a non‑government or different organization account, you may be blocked from signing in. In this case, you may need to contact the meeting organizer to confirm whether cross‑tenant or guest access is enabled, or to request that your account be specifically allowed to join.

If needed, you may also share the following resources with their IT administrator so they can review the relevant settings:

I hope this information is helpful. Should you have any questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out so I can continue to support you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I look forward to continuing the conversation.
