To better understand what has changed in your environment, could you please provide a screenshot of the Move menu that you are currently seeing, along with a brief description of which options or folders you believe are missing compared to before?
I checked the current Outlook on the web experience and the Move menu still includes options such as searching for a folder, selecting a different folder, creating a new folder, and moving messages to other available folders. Outlook on the web also continues to support moving messages to folders that are not displayed directly in the initial list.

A screenshot will help determine whether you are experiencing:
- A recent interface change,
- A folder visibility issue,
- Or a specific problem affecting your mailbox.
