Need domain purchase details for validating the Partner profile in partner.microsoft.com

I bought the domain of my webpage through Microsoft Azure.

When I try to register as a Microsoft Partner, to validate the work proof, the are requesting the following:

“Copy of original paid domain registration receipt from the registrar that includes the domain name, the owner of the domain, the date it was registered, duration of registration, and the name of the registrar.”

I provided them with screenshots from the App Service Domain, from Azure support internal system (by speaking on the phone with them), the invoice of Azure (however in the invoice it is not disclosed the domain name (it all goes within 'compute')), other information from Microsoft Azure such as json, txt, and all types of screenshots. I contacted Azure invoice support and they say they cannot generate an invoice with that data (even though I see the invoice breakdown in Billing and invoicing in Azure and I can see the purchase of the domain and the cost, but even if I send screenshots of that, it is not accepted).

Still, they only want to accept that document, but Azure does not provide it.

It is extremely frustrating because I bought the domain through Microsoft Azure, and I cannot pass the vetting in Microsoft Partner program because they request a receipt that Microsoft Azure does not provide. It is INSANE. I have been with this problem for months, nobody solves it, I contacted all kinds of support. I even contacted GoDaddy which is supposed to be the registrar working in collaboration with Azure (there they said they could do nothing either).

Honestly I would like some human being to actually look at the madness of this situation, and tries to fix the vetting process, or enable Microsoft Partner to contact Azure and check that yes, I bought the domain, I bought it with Microsoft!!!

Anyways, I need Microsoft Azure to send me an receipt stating the domain purchase data, who it belongs to, duration, name of the registrar, name of the domain and when was it purchased. Support told me to ask here (I guess it wont solve it either, but at least I can tell the world DO NOT BUY THE DOMAIN IN MICROSOFT AZURE, THIS WILL BLOCK YOU FROM REGISTERING AS A MICROSOFT PARTNER, because they are insane and request a document proof that Azure does not produce, and do not accept anything else AT ALL. (Oh and don't suggest WHOIS, GDPR blocks all information therein for being european)
