My doman in use by an unknown tenant

I have a tenant id retrieved via whatismytenantID.com lookup.

But I cannot find the ...onmicrosoft.com domain name. I have added the TXT DNS records to prove that I own the domain, but I am unable to learn who or what is blocking my use of my own domain.
