Lost access to couple of directories

Lost user name and password for global admin on bunch of directories , only detail i have is directory id , want to recover user name and password for global admin users ( member users , not guest)

These accounts were accessed using guest users from main
Default Directory: Domain:ureddyuptycs.onmicrosoft.com

Directory ID: da8fb2bc-5104-46dd-8262-32edfb64bdd7
This was configured with login via Google SAML
For branding we moved the validation and etc to

• Domain: azureorginteg.onmicrosoft.com
• Directory ID: f4faa245-25d5-4408-9b5f-25c5a6b9d9ac

This time we broke our Google SAML login integ on da8fb2bc-5104-46dd-8262-32edfb64bdd7

Now we are not able to access directories below
