Hello everyone,

I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I'm facing a critical issue and would really appreciate any advice or escalation help.

I'm currently locked out of my tenant due to MFA verification problems, and I believe I might be the only administrator. I have tried to contact Microsoft support via phone, but the call gets disconnected before I can reach a live agent. I also cannot create a support ticket through the standard process because the payment method required for the trial subscription is not acceptable for me – even though I only need recovery assistance, not a paid service.

I do have official documents that can prove my ownership of the tenant, and I'm willing to provide them if there is a proper verification channel.

Since I've seen similar cases resolved with community guidance, I would like to kindly ask for your help. In particular, I would be very grateful if @Gpratti | Microsoft Learn and @RajaPothuraju | Microsoft Learn could take a look and advise on possible next steps or escalation options.

To summarise:

Locked out because of MFA, and I'm likely the sole admin.

Phone support drops before I reach a human agent.

Unable to create a support ticket due to payment method restrictions.

I have ownership documents ready for verification.

Thank you so much for your time and any suggestions you can offer. I understand that moderators have limited access to internal systems, but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction or help escalate this internally.
