Hello,
I am unable to sign into Partner Center. After I enter my password, it asks me to verify my identity. Microsoft Authenticator is no longer set up on my phone, so I selected text message verification instead. When I do, I receive the following message: "Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account. Please try again."
My phone number is correct and has not changed. As the only administrator on the account, there is no one who can reset my MFA on my behalf. I am also unable to use the contact form, as it requires signing in first.
