Hi! My Microsoft Ads account is totally blocked due to "egregious violations". I cannot even get in to see what is going on. I cannot even imagine what they possibly may think I have done wrong. This is totally out of left field, and I'd like for a human to look at it. To my understanding, my ads are benign and even boring, my site and products are fine, I am 100% honest about what I'm advertising and I am not fraudulent in any way. I can prove these statements in any way requested.

There is no indication as to the nature of the violations. Totally not fair to be accused of something egregious and not even told why!

What can I do to get past this block?

P.S. To make matters worse, Ads charged $50 to top off my account AFTER I was blocked - I cannot even fix that!

    Hi Joseph Kessler,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

I completely understand how frustrating and confusing it can be to see your account suspended for "egregious violations," especially when you believe your ads and website comply with Microsoft Advertising policies. We recognize how concerning it is to receive a serious account action without having clear visibility into the underlying reason. Understanding Egregious Violation Suspensions

If you believe the suspension was applied in error, you may submit an appeal for review. Appeals are reviewed by the appropriate team, who can reassess the account and determine whether the suspension should be lifted. Microsoft encourages customers to submit appeals as soon as possible so the review can be completed and a decision provided.

Regarding the $50 charge, we understand why that would be especially concerning given the timing. To help us look into the billing activity and account status more closely, please reply to the private message I sent. Once we receive your response, we’ll be able to continue the review and provide additional assistance.

Our support teams are pleased to engage in more in-depth discussions about your account through phone, chat, or email to offer review assistance, please see our support page to reach out!

    Kind regards,
