    Hi Anthony,

    I hope you're doing well.

In order to assist you with more accuracy, could you please confirm some additional details:

    • Is this a Microsoft 365 work/school account provided by your organization (@yourcompany.org, @onmicrosoft.com) or a personal account (gmail, hotmail, outlook.com....)?
    • Could you share the full bounce-back message (NDR), including any error codes?
    • Have any recent changes been made to your email environment (mail flow rules, connectors, DNS records, security policies, etc.)?
    • Can you successfully receive emails, or is both sending and receiving affected?
    • Are other users in your organization experiencing the same problem?
    • If you're using a third-party mail client, do you have the account configured through POP, IMAP, or Exchange/Microsoft 365?

Once I have a clearer understanding of your current situation, I’ll be happy to assist you with greater accuracy. Please feel free to share any additional details you believe are relevant. Screenshots are especially helpful and much appreciated.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward to your reply.
