i got this pc 2 days ago and theres a local account that i cant sgin out of its someones account that isnt mines i want help how to sign of this local account i dont know the password or emil or own it i really need to sign to my local account becuse of admin probloms pess i need help i can only sign my microsoft account only but not my local account the local account username is oz255

I am sorry, but what you wrote is a bit confusing.
Are you saying the computer has two users, one is a local user set up by someone else, and you cannot log into that user at all, right?
And you also have your own user you can sign into on the computer, but your user doesn't have admin access?

Since your user doesn't have admin access, there's unfortunately no way for you to reset the local user's password, or to give yourself admin access.
The only solution is to backup all of your files. Then perform a factory reset to start over, so that you can set it up properly.
