I can't verify my identity in Partner Center because my name is incorrect in Legal Info and I can't clear it.

I originally signed up in Azure and MS 365 using my common name, but when I uploaded my ID for verification in Partner Center the verification was rejected. I then changed to my legal name in Azure and MS 365 but my common name still shows in Partner Center Legal Info. I tried verifying again but was rejected a 2nd time. Now I have submitted tickets through the help center and I just keep getting instructions on how to select "Fix" in the partner center, which has me upload my ID again, but my name is still incorrect in Legal Info and there is no place for me to change it.
