I have a virus, a dialog box keeps popping up stating Viruses detected. I downloaded Microsoft Safety Scanner and completed a full scan. I am still receiving a dialog box popping up stating viruses detected.

Hello, does Microsoft Defender say that you have viruses? If yes, it usually gives you also the option to clean them up. You can always install a 3rd-party antivirus like MalwareBytes Free (https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download) and clean the computer that way.
