Using the New Outlook for Mac features in business environments

Based on your description, I understand that you are unable to change the font to Calibri, even when you highlight the text or select the font directly.
In my test environment, the font-changing feature in Outlook is still working normally.
Please try the steps below and let me know whether the issue is resolved:
- Clear Application Data
Step 1: Open Outlook.
Step 2: Go to Help > Clear Application Data.
- Uninstall and reinstall Outlook
You may also try uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook to check whether the issue persists.
In addition, please help me verify whether the same issue occurs when using Outlook on the web (Outlook Web App).
