    Dear @Harris, Dyshaun (RIS-ATL),

To ensure I understand your request correctly and to support you as effectively as possible, I need more specific information from you:

    • Did you mean that you want to migrate data from your personal account to your business account?

Please note that a personal Microsoft account and a work or school account are separate account types. Because of this, they cannot be directly merged or converted into one another. However, you can manually move or copy certain types of data from the personal account to the new organization account, as long as you still have access to the personal account and your organization allows the data transfer. How do I merge my OneDrive for home with my OneDrive for work or school? | Microsoft Support

For OneDrive files, you can sign in to both the personal OneDrive account and the work or school OneDrive account on the same device. Once both OneDrive folders are available in File Explorer or Finder, you can copy the required files and folders from the personal OneDrive folder to the organization OneDrive or SharePoint location. I recommend using copy and paste rather than moving the files directly, so the original data remains available in the personal account until you confirm that everything has synced successfully. Before proceeding, I kindly recommend confirming with your organization’s IT administrator whether the data is allowed to be transferred, especially if the files contain business, confidential, or organization-owned information. Your administrator may also be able to assist if the data transfer requires organization-level permission or a managed migration process.

Please make sure to back up your important files before making any changes, and do not remove the original data from the personal account until you have confirmed that all required content has been successfully transferred and synced.

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.

As a moderator, I do not have the tools to investigate your specific account directly, as this is a support forum between users. Moderators and collaborators, including external Microsoft employees, may not directly intervene in the functionality of Microsoft products or access internal systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported problems, requests, or ideas. However, I will do my best to guide you as clearly as possible.
