If you are trying to find or recover a specific account you created in the past, try these steps:
Find the Username: Go to the Microsoft Username Recovery page and enter any alternate email or phone number you might have linked to it.
Check Saved Passwords: Look in your browser settings (Edge, Chrome, etc.) or your phone's password manager to see if the login info was saved.
Account Recovery Form: If you know the email address but can't log in, use the official Microsoft Account Recovery Form to regain access.
Note: Microsoft automatically deletes accounts that have been completely inactive for more than two years.

Unfortunately, there is no option that allows users to view the date and time their account was created.
However, you can try checking your inbox for the "welcome email" you received when you created your email account, or review the oldest messages in your inbox.
You can also check the dates of emails sent by products or services linked to your email account.
