Hello, my outlook account got compromised and scammers and remove my email address that I used in all of my accounts. I'm unable to get it back since all my accounts that is used before the incident are in grave danger and I need to revert it back to old email since I was unable to change it back to the original email address.
I need to change my email address back since I never remove it because the scammer hijacked my account and remove my email address.

What is the exact error message you receive when you try to sign in to your email account?
I already signed into my outlook account, changed my password, remove all devices who uses my account, and add security to my account, but back on topic.
I was unable to revert it back to my previous email address due to the scammer deleted it. So I need to get it back.
If the scammer deleted your email alias ending in @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @live.com, or @msn.com, unfortunately, it cannot be added back.

What you can do is create a new Outlook email alias and add it to your Microsoft account. Once the new alias has been added and set up, you can remove the hacker's email address from your account.
I got my Outlook account got hacked and compromised by scammer by removing the email address, changing into their own email address, before I manage to regain control of my Outlook account due to the pin code I had, before remove anyone not associated with my account before changing something different, but I can't go back to what it once previously was. This happens one day ago, and all of my accounts are linked with the previous email address which makes it more difficult to switch a new email address because of it.
