Access to an additional user on my laptop for Microsoft 365 Personal

I subscribe to 365 Personal and access all the time. My partner is a c0-user on the same computer should she be able to access that under her profile or does it require another subscription?

    Hi,

    No, she cannot access the MS 365 Desktop version unless she signs in to your account or has her own subscription. MS 365 Personal is limited to one person's account, even though you can use the same account on up to 5 devices. If you do not want to have the same login, I suggest having her own subscription, or you can upgrade to the MS 365 Family plan.
