Hello everyone,

I am seeking help recovering my personal Microsoft account.

Account: ******@outlook.com

I have forgotten my password and no longer have access to the recovery phone number or recovery email associated with the account.

I have already submitted the Microsoft Account Recovery Form, but unfortunately, I was unable to recover my account.

I am the legitimate owner of this account and am willing to provide any additional information required to verify my identity.

I would appreciate any guidance on the following:

  • Are there any additional recovery options available after the Account Recovery Form has been unsuccessful?
  • Is there any way to request a manual review or escalation of my case?
  • Has anyone successfully recovered their account in a similar situation, and if so, what steps helped?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Regards,

Aditya Jagushte

    Hi,

I'm sorry you're having trouble recovering your account.

If you no longer have access to any of your recovery methods, such as your recovery email or phone number, then unfortunately the Account Recovery Form is your last available recovery option. There are no other recovery methods available. Microsoft designed this form specifically for situations where the usual sign in and verification methods are no longer available.

Unfortunately, there are no additional recovery options beyond the Account Recovery Form if you cannot verify your identity using your existing security information. For security and privacy reasons, Microsoft Support cannot bypass the automated verification process, manually verify ownership, or escalate the recovery request when the required verification cannot be completed.

Some users have successfully recovered their accounts after an initial unsuccessful attempt, but this was typically because they were able to provide more accurate information on a later submission. This may include previous passwords, frequently contacted email addresses, Xbox or Skype information, or other account activity that only the account owner would know.

If you submit the recovery form again, try to complete it from a device and location you've previously used to access the account. Also, provide as much accurate information as possible, even if you're unsure of every answer. Include any previous passwords you remember and any other details related to your account usage.

You can submit the Account Recovery Form up to two times within a 24 hour period, so if you remember additional information after your first attempt, you can include it in your next submission.

If you're still unsuccessful after several attempts, please refer to the 'Account recovery unsuccessful' page.
