Unable to verify account
I am experiencing an issue accessing my personal email account.
I have forgotten my password and am unable to verify my identity because I receive the message: "That verification method isn't available right now."
Unfortunately, I am also unable to complete the account recovery form successfully, as this is an old email account. I cannot accurately remember details such as previous emails I have sent, and I believe the recovery information on the account, including my postcode, may be out of date.
I urgently need access to this email account, as it contains important emails. I would be grateful if you could advise whether there are any alternative methods to verify my identity or recover access to my account.
