I have a paid subscription to office 365 but now get ads on ******@outlook.com. How can I stop ads for this paid service? Thank you

Also, are you using an Outlook for Work account or a personal account?

Thank you for your reply. It is a family subscription renewed 18 May 2026. My personal outlook suddenly stopped working and I got a message to suggest I start again with 'new outlook' which works but I do not like it as much as the old and in addition I keep getting adverts
I have answered the independent advisor's questions but cannot find suggestions for a solution
