Unable to activate M365

Hi Team,

I bought a notebook online with M365 included with the device but i am unable to activate as do not have the passkey of the same. How to get the passkey?

    If Microsoft 365 was indicated as included with your new laptop, you should just need to log into the Office apps with your Microsoft account to activate the subscription, no product key is required.

    Open the Store app, click Library on the left, do you see an 'Included with this device 'section at the top listing Microsoft 365.
