Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello @Daniel Rubinstein
Note: This is a user-to-user community forum, so we don't have access to your tenant or licensing configuration, but we'll be happy to help troubleshoot further.
If you're trying to sign up for Power Apps for free using your corporate email address, this is generally possible, but there are a few requirements. Microsoft states that the email must be a work or school account backed by Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Personal email addresses such as Gmail, Outlook.com, or Hotmail aren't supported for Power Apps trials.
A few things to check:
- Go to the Power Apps website and select Try free: https://www.microsoft.com/power-platform/products/power-apps/
- Sign in with your corporate/work account.
- If your organization allows self-service trials, a 30‑day Power Apps trial should be available.
- If the sign-up is blocked, your Microsoft 365 or Entra administrator may have disabled self-service trial registrations for your tenant. In that case, you'll need to contact your IT administrator.
If the registration is failing, could you please clarify:
- What exact error message do you receive?
- Does your organization already use Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Entra ID?
- Are you trying to start the free 30-day trial, or are you trying to register for the Power Apps Developer Plan?
Also, please try opening the Try Power Apps for free, then select Sign in to Power Apps from that article. If you receive any error code or sign-in message after selecting it, please share the exact error text or a screenshot with any personal information removed.
Looking forward to your reply.
